The Centennial Marching Band will be performing as part of the Veterans Day Parade and the Band of Pride in New York City on November 11, 2015. For the Veterans Day Parade, the students will be performing A Patriotic Salute arranged by Ralph Ford from memory. They will also be performing as part of the Band of Pride, a mass band including all groups that are participating in the Veterans Day Parade. This music includes Amazing Grace, America the Beautiful, Americana, Armed Forces on Parade, You’re a Grand Old Flag, The Star Spangled Banner, Stars and Stripes Forever, and Taps. All of this music is available on Google Drive using the students’ school Google accounts (StudentID@students.ankenyschools.org).
