On Thursday, December 4, five AHS/SV students auditioned for the SCIBA District Honor Bands.  Students audition on the first half of the two all-state etudes and major scales.

Taylor Satibanchong – 9/10 Bass Clarinet, Chair 1

Ryan Gross – 9/10 Horn 3, Chair 1

Jenna Sackett – 9/10 Flute 2, Chair 5

Melissa Waggoner – 11/12 Bass Clarinet, Chair 1

These students will perform in the SCIBA Honor Band on Saturday, January 10 at Ankeny High School.  The concert will be at 5:00 pm.  Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students.
