Monday, January 26th, Jazz Collective will be traveling to El Palacio (8900 Hickman, Clive) to hear and perform with the Des Moines Big Band! Students in Jazz Studio are more than welcome to join us, as are parents of students in both jazz bands. We have swapped evenings with show choir so that all of our students can have this opportunity.

Itinerary
6:00pm – Buses leave Centennial High School
6:30pm – Arrive at El Palacio to hear Des Moines Big Band
7:30pm – Jazz Collective Performance
8:30pm – More Des Moines Big Band
9:00pm – Depart El Palacio
9:30pm – Arrive at Centennial High School

Last year, admission was $5 for students and, I believe, $10 for adults. They do not have any more information posted on their website. They do have drinks and light dinner items available.

Dress for Jazz Collective is our normal all black with accent colors. Students in Jazz Studio and other audience members can dress casually.
