ATTENTION!  Due to the heat, the start time for the game has been moved back one hour to 8:00pm.

We will not wear our uniforms.  Each student received a “show” T-shirt on Tuesday evening.  The band will wear the “show” t-shirt and shorts for the performance.

The revised schedule for Friday evening is:

2:50pm – 10-12 grade band students are dismissed to perform at the all school pep assembly.
3:10pm – Pep Rally
3:40pm – Percussion students help load the trailer.
6:00pm – Trailer opens at NV Middle School.(percussionists unload percussion gear)
630pm – Students begin to arrive at NV and put horn cases in the NV auditorium.
6:30pm – Drumline Battery cadences the cheerleaders and dance team to the Chamber of Commerce All – City Tailgate Event.
6:45pm – Band begins to warm up.
7:25pm – AHS and ACHS Bands rehearse the Star Spangled Banner together.
7:35pm – AHS band move to the field.
7:40pm – AHS performs movement I as pregame entertainment.
7:47pm – AHS and ACHS bands perform the Star Spangled Bannner together
8:00pm – Kick off(Band sits in stands in the South end zone.  No access to food.)
9:00pm? – Halftime(ACHS performs)  AHS performs school song after ACHS performance.
10:00pm? – End of 3rd quarter – Student are dismissed(load percussion equipment and return to AHS)

Parking will be crazy.  Please plan ahead.   Please plan ahead and have a good meal.

Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
